How Does the CLNA Work?

The CLNA process is only 3 steps:

  • Schedule one-hour CLNA interviews with the District Superintendent and District CIO.
  • Conduct the CLNA interviews with an education specialist from Annese.
  • Receive the CLNA results and high-level recommendations from Annese in a one-hour review meeting.

Using technology to meet your district’s educational and key business needs has never been more important. Cisco System’s CLNA helps guide your district in efficient, effective technology planning to ensure that students are meeting academic milestones while minimizing administrative costs.
The competent, thoughtful professionals from Annese use three simple steps to maximize your district’s benefits from the CLNA:

  1. Review your educational and business requirements over the next few years.
  2. Examine your IT organization’s current and planned capabilities.
  3. Present the alignment between the two, as well as observations and high-level recommendations about your technology plan.

The process takes about two hours each with your district superintendent and IT director.
