Account Manager in Western New York

Location
: Buffalo, NY
Position: Full-time

Job Summary 

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and gross profit goals assigned by the Regional Sales Manager by developing and managing accounts. Specifically, the Account Manager is responsible for insuring a rapid response to the demand created for Annese & Associates solutions to their accounts. 

The Account Manager takes guidance from the Regional Sales Manager in the sales growth effort within their assigned geographic and/or vertical markets. This role includes but is not limited to such activities as net new account acquisition and development, existing customer development (depth of customer relationship) and customer retention (provide and ensure high quality customer service). 

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Maintain a balance between, and currency of technical and business knowledge. Quickly ascertain customer business and technology problems and propose Annese solutions to alleviate those problems. 
  • Be familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures for the sale, implementation and support of Annese’s communications technology solutions. 
  • Provide extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, always geared towards the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Focus on customer relationship development and customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage and develop accounts within the region. 
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from partners, customers, the Regional Sales Manager or the Annese marketing department. 
  • Manage account pre- and post-sales customer services. 
  • Assist in regional sales initiatives. 
  • Manage expenses prudently and report expenses monthly. 
  • Monthly revenue forecasting. 
  • Partake in Annese sales team meetings, training events and exercises 
  • Engage the Regional Sales Manager with key customers in the region as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Solid interpersonal and public relations skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communications abilities. 
  • Good problem solving Skills; able to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action. 
  • Must have 3 plus years of proven success in sales within the technology industry. 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment and expertise in a wide range of desktop software.

Regional Sales Manager in Metro Region of  New York

Location
: Hudson Valley , NY
Position: Full-time

Job Summary 

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and gross profit goals assigned by the VP of Sales by developing and managing accounts directly, and by managing Sales resources in the designated region. Specifically the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for insuring a rapid response to the demand created for Annese & Associates solutions to potential and existing end users. The Regional Sales Manager will insure sales coverage of the assigned territory is adequate to qualify and develop existing and prospective accounts. 

The Regional Sales Manager takes a lead role in the sales growth effort within their region. This role includes but is not limited to such activities as net new account acquisition and development, existing customer development (depth of customer relationship) and customer retention (provide and ensure high quality customer service). Staff planning/development, implementation of geographic and vertical market penetration and competitive strategies and informing the VP of Sales regarding needs for corporate resources to fuel growth are also key components of the position.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Maintain a balance between, and currency of technical and business knowledge. Quickly ascertain customer business and technology problems and propose Annese solutions to alleviate those problems.
  • Be familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures for the sale, implementation and support of Annese’s communications technology solutions.
  • Provide extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and to mentor regional sales and engineering staff in the proper execution of sales and services, always geared towards the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and direct the work of the regional sales team.
  • Management and develop the regional sales staff.
  • Focus on customer relationship development and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop key accounts within the region.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from partners, customers, the VP of Sales or the Annese marketing department. Assign leads as applicable to other account managers within the region.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunication and technology products and services (engineering background is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality, quick to build positive relationships with others and make very good, long lasting impressions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical and mathematical approach to problem-solving

Regional Services Manager

Location
: Western New York
Position: Full-time

Job Summary 

A Regional Services Manager is an individual who directs network engineering personnel who perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, professional services, and consulting. Oversees the scheduling and training of network engineers. Responsibilities also include understanding and handling service contracts, dispatch services and engineering procedures. Manages Help Desk Operations, Operators & Engineering Services staff. Understands and manages spares logistics & replenishment program. Ensures Customer satisfaction. Support Customers and the Sales Teams relative to all Customer issues.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Works with CTO and VP, Services to create training plans for engineers 
  • Oversees scheduling and training of network engineers 
  • Manages service contracts 
  • Directs support services
  • Manages Help Desk operations, operators and engineering services staff
  • Manages spares logistics and replenishment program
  • Support customers and the Sales Teams relative to all customer issues, ensures customer satisfaction 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree, 5+ years of related experience in Implementation & Services technologies. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills. 
  • Works well within in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills. 
  • Good problem solving skills; able to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action. 
  • Strong influencing/negotiation skills, excellent written, verbal a presentation communication skills, knowledge of business and technology trends and strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
